Elastic has developed a mobile site to allow users to now have the ability to create orders with ease at the palm of their hand. In this article, you will learn the steps to create a new order in Elastic Suite on your mobile device.

1. Shop Now

Select 'Shop All Catalogs' from the Explore page or 'Shop Now' from the dropdown menu in the top left of the screen. The user also has the option to click 'Catalog' here:

2. Catalog

The Catalog page is where you will be able to select the catalog you wish to make your order from. This will list all catalogs your account has access to.

3. Order Name

When creating an order on Elastic's mobile site the order name defaults to 'Mobile Order'. But a unique name is recommended for making identifying orders easier. The orders can be named by on the Order Details page shown here:

4. Collections

Clicking 'Collections' will display any Collections you have created or have been shared to you. Collections can be used as a filter within the Catalog they were created from. For example, if the collection is created from the Fall catalog, the user would not be able to filter this Collection if they selected to shop from the Spring catalog. This can be used by reps to share Collections of specific items for their dealers, instead of the dealer having to filter to find each item.

5. Entering Quantities

When clicking on an item in a catalog, the user is able to enter quantities below the product images and details. Once the desired quantities are entered, click 'Update Cart' to include the added quantities to the order.

6. Ship Date

The 'Ship Date' date selection is where the user can set the ship date of the first shipment tab in the order. The ship date options are established by each brand, so users may see different available ship dat options depending on which brand's B2B they are ordering from.

Keep in mind that once your order is placed, it will become 'locked' and no longer editable. Please contact your Dealer Sales & Service Reps or Sales Reps for any changes that need to be made.
